CITIXL collects the following data:
- Personal identification information Name, email address, business address (optional) and phone number to contact you

You directly provide CITIXL with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

How do we store your data?
CITIXL securely collects your data via a two factor authorisation system by MailChimp. The CITIXL MailChimp account stores data with service providers which strictly adheres to the Standard Contractual Clauses into its Data Processing Addendum and continues to protect EU personal data in accordance with Privacy Shield Principles.
CITIXL will keep your Name, Email address, business address (optional) and phone number for an unspecified period and/or until you opt out of the Mailchimp mailing list. Once you have opted out of the CITIXL contact list, we will delete your data immediately.
What are your data protection rights?
CITIXL would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request CITIXL for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
